Mariana offers the following presentations, group discussions and workshops to small groups and organizations.  Each program can be customized to time and priority needs of the group.Workshops


Your Personality and Relationships

This workshop uses the Keirsey Temperament Sorter (similar to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) to understand personality and its influence in relationships.


Communication and Conflict
This workshop focuses on four aspects of communication:  Personality, Perspective, Assertiveness, and Conflict Resolution.  It uses the DESA personality assessment as a tool for understanding personality and its influence in communicating in relationships.  


Managing Conflict with Love
1-2 hour presentation and discussion on forgiveness issues in relationships.


Managing Boundaries with Love
Video- and discussion-based workshop on how to establish healthy boundaries in relationships.  Weekly or bi-weekly format.


Parenting

These 2-hour workshops are geared toward mothers of young children and those women who encourage them.  The workshops are discussion-oriented:  "The Blessing of the 'Job' of Raising Children;" "Making Comparisons:  A Sure Road to Discouragement;" and "Seeking and Giving Wise Counsel."


Career Exploration
2-4 hour presentation/discussion.  Prior to class, participants take the Career Assessment Inventory to identify areas of job interest.  In class, participants receive and discuss individualized results of their job interests.  Optional:  Participants can create and seek feedback on career choices for the future using a Career Map exercise. 


Career Empowerment Workshop                                                                            Weekly support and discussion group for participants experiencing career transition.  The workshop can be adapted for college students seeking career direction.  Focus is on biblical view of work and purpose.  Can be adapted to most groups.
